新西兰 Oropi 一处土地被征收辟为道路 部分旧路段停用

新西兰土地信息局(Land Information New Zealand,LINZ)近日在《新西兰宪报》(New Zealand Gazette)发布公告,根据《公共工程法 1981》(Public Works Act 1981),土地信息部部长 Madison Ingram 授权征收 Western Bay of Plenty District 境内 Oropi 地区 14 Hereford Road 和 158 Warner Road 附近的一块土地,将其辟为道路,并归入 Western Bay of Plenty District Council(西丰盈湾区议会)名下。

公告同时宣布停用邻近的一段旧道路,该路段将与 Record of Title 1147462 名下的土地合并。相关变更自公告在《新西兰宪报》刊登之日起生效。

公告涉及的具体地块位于 South Auckland Land District(南奥克兰地权区)的 Western Bay of Plenty District(西丰盈湾区)。

公告于2026年9月30日在基督城(Christchurch)签署,由 M. INGRAM 代表土地信息部部长发布(编号 LINZ CPC/2005/10913)。
