Waikato区征用土地用于 Horsham Downs Road 道路工程

Land to be Acquired for Use in Connection with a Road—Horsham Downs Road, Waikato District

新西兰土地信息局(Land Information New Zealand,简称LINZ)发布宪报公告,依据《公共工程法1981》(Public Works Act 1981)第20条和第50条,经土地信息部长(Minister for Land Information)授权,Madison Ingram宣布,根据已签订的相关协议,公告附表所述土地被征用,用于与一条道路相关的用途,并将移交Waikato区议会(Waikato District Council)。

该土地移交须受《1991年皇冠矿产法》(Crown Minerals Act 1991)第11条及《1981年保护法》(Conservation Act 1981)第4A部约束,自本公告在《新西兰宪报》(New Zealand Gazette)刊登之日起生效。
