Existing portable payments for widows and widowers in Netherlands
自2013年7月15日起,正在领取可携带至荷兰的现有寡妇福利金(Widows Benefit)及鳏夫家庭生活补助(Domestic Purposes Benefit for widowers)给付的人员,将按其现有发放比率及条件予以祖父条款保护(grandparented)。
「寡妇福利金」(Widows Benefit)及「鳏夫家庭生活补助」(Domestic Purposes Benefit for Widowers)这些福利名称对现有客户予以祖父条款保护,在依据与荷兰签订的协议(Agreement with Netherlands)管理这些福利以及与客户通信时,仍须使用这些名称。
祖父条款安排不适用于原「伤残福利金」(Invalids Benefit),因为该项变动仅为名称变更为「生活支持补助」(Supported Living Payment)。
