奥克兰 Warkworth 征地用于 SH1 隔离带建设

Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—State Highway 1, Warkworth, Auckland

新西兰土地信息局(Land Information New Zealand,LINZ)11月2日发布公告称,根据《公共工程法1981》(Public Works Act 1981)第20(1)条,土地信息部长(Minister for Land Information)授权代表Madison Ingram宣布,奥克兰Warkworth地区两块土地已被征用,用于State Highway 1道路隔离带(segregation strip)间接功能的实现,相关征地协议已经签订,土地自本公告在《新西兰宪报》(New Zealand Gazette)发布之日起归属王室(Crown)所有。

征地所在地为North Auckland Land District—Auckland。
