Great Healthcare NZ、Roseanne Retirement两公司进入清算

新西兰宪报(New Zealand Gazette)9月11日发布公告,Great Healthcare NZ Limited与Roseanne Retirement Limited两家公司已进入清算程序(in liquidation)。

根据《1993年公司法》(Companies Act 1993)第255(2)(a)条,BDO Wellington的注册破产从业人员(Licensed Insolvency Practitioner)Jessica Jane Kellow(执业编号IP75)与Iain Bruce Shephard(执业编号IP71),经股东特别决议于9月10日被任命为两家公司的清算人(Liquidator):

• Great Healthcare NZ Limited,任命时间为上午11时31分;
• Roseanne Retirement Limited,任命时间为上午10时30分。
