FMA警告:Lavenhill Securities涉嫌虚假IPO骗局

Lavenhill Securities Limited – Fake IPO offers

新西兰金融市场管理局(Financial Markets Authority,简称FMA)1月22日发出警示,一家名为Lavenhill Securities Limited的公司涉嫌运作虚假IPO(首次公开募股)骗局,提醒投资者提高警惕。

FMA表示,Lavenhill Securities Limited对外宣称可为新西兰投资者提供提前认购公司上市前(pre-IPO)股份的机会。FMA已获悉,该公司存在扣留投资者资金不予退还的情况。

Lavenhill Securities Limited并未在新西兰注册提供金融服务,也没有获得授权在新西兰境内提供IPO投资产品。FMA建议民众在与该公司打交道时保持谨慎。
